You need to know how to find your niche on TikTok.
Many creators at TikTok create full content in various categories and struggle to find a place within the new platform. Just as in any other social media application, you can reach a specific audience and increase your growth by choosing a laser category or’ niche.’
The question, however, is, how do we find our niche, and what strategy are we using to continue to create new unique content within that niche?
The one thing that will help you consistently create ongoing content is to choose a topic you enjoy and spend hours on it. This might be a favorite show for Netflix, video games, or even a good book series. You will find that designers worldwide have created full-time jobs by filming videos of these things.
What do you like?
You probably just thought about a few things you enjoyed. What you should do now is see whether or not these things relate to one another. If they do, they can both be incorporated into your content strategy. If not, only one of these should be chosen. Turn a coin if you need it. If Tik Tok isn’t just an app that is fun and you really want to build a brand and gain a mass audience, you have to laser focus. It is hard to do, especially if you love many different things and are good. You will definitely stunt your growth by choosing several categories.
Look at Nintendo and Buzzfeed brands. Nintendo is JUST gaming, and Buzzfeed has all the categories you can imagine. If you have the chance, check out their two social media presence. Yes, they both bring extreme revenue, as Buzzfeed is a large company with an even bigger advertising budget, which is why they have a viral type niche.
Not everyone can succeed in doing this. Personal brands such as you must consolidate a niche in order to stand out and become a voice for users to keep watching.
Take Your favorite subject and come up with templates. Let’s say you enjoy comedy, for example! So for your Tik Tok videos, you have to decide which content you can make with ease all the time.
• Original 15 second comedy times
• Lip syncing of comedian artists and other comedians
• Talks about new stand-up comedians you have watched live
• Filming comedy sketches
• Playing “do not laugh” challenge with friends
These are just some modest ideas that you could have done for your content.
